I recently had a service for my house generator and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The generator was not working and the technician, Devin, who has been here before, arrived as scheduled. Devin was professional, friendly and clearly explained the problem he found and what he was going to do to fix it. He asked if I had any questions or concerns and I felt comfortable with his recommendation. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. I give him a big thumbs up.
Yearly water system maintenance. Nick was polite and professional, as always!
Had Nick come to the house today to change the filters on my drinking water system. On time. Very professional. Shared some tips with me. Nick also looked at my whole house water system and explained to me why I should consider replacing my system which is now 25 years old. He said that he would send me a quote for a new system (which he has already done). On any of my future dealings with Anderson Water, I would love to have Nick to come back and do the work. Thanks Nick…job well done!
Devin arrived to measure my electrical panel. Very polite and efficient.
Chris came for routine maintenance. He was organized and efficient. I'm very pleased with the service and the peace of mind that comes with knowing we can rely on this company to keep us up and running.
James B came this year to service our generator. He was very nice and professional. I knew we needed the battery replaced this year and he walked me through the details on the old battery and cost of new. Poor James had to wait out in the cold for the generator to stop running before leaving. We feel lucky to have our generator and the care we receive from Anderson.

They did an instalation of a stand by generator for my family......The men who showed up (3 of them) were on time, professional and courteous. I will also add that they knew what they were doing. They were installing a stand by generator, which included the transfer box, and running a natural gas line. These men worked hard in the bitter cold all day long, and were respectful of my house and home all around. They accessed and crawled into those places that you never want to go and didn’t think twice. When there were some issues with the old panel, they pointed them out to me and literally said, “don’t worry, we will make sure it’s set up right and safe” They took the time to answer my questions, asked how I might want various things done, and by the time all was said and done, I was set up with a stand by generator in the dead of winter! Let me be direct, if I have ANY job I need done in the areas that Anderson covers, I’m calling them first. Really. Top notch people, and a terrific company. I'm only disapointed I can only give a 5/5. because they were a 10
The Rainsoft water system needed a re-bedded water cylinder. The exchange was done quickly (a bit messy but was expected). All questions and concerns were considered and addressed.
Devin serviced our generator today. One of the most professional service people, arrived at time stated, courteous, friendly, shared what he would be doing, made recommendations for next service. Very upbeat and you can tell he enjoys his job. Updated us on frequency of the generator test cycles. Keep this employee happy, he would be a big loss.
We met with Brian who tested our water and gave us a great deal of information. We are remodeling an old kitchen and are deciding whether or not to install a dish washer due to as bad past experience with our hard water. He was very friendly, professional, and gave us lots to think about.
Paul and James were AMAZING. They worked for about 9 straight hours on a bitterly cold day. They seemed to be thoroughly competent, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and provided various bits of helpful advice. We have lived here for 18 years and have never had service people as good as these guys. We'd give them a rating of 10 if we could.
Mitch was very knowledgeable and helpful at answering my questions about a water filtration system.
Shane was at our home Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Very courteous even if he had long day. We were his last call, which luckily on his way back to Brockport. He checked out our filters for our drinking water and the whole house system. Reset the unit, delivered the salt tablets. Excellent service. Thanks Shane. Ann & John
Peace of mind! I like knowing our well water is free of possible contaminants with the Anderson system. Ed is pleasant and efficient doing the yearly maintenance for our water treatment.
Chris did an excellent job painting the natural gas line to my new Stand by generator. Really looks nice!
Devin was at my home a couple of days ago for the annual checkup of my generator..always on time...very polite...very informative...knows what he's doing...he had also been at my home last year a checkup...replaced the battery..cleaned..oiled..tested the system ..thank you , devin!!!!..hope to see you next year!
Nate did an excellent job servicing our water system. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality and explains everything that we don’t understand.
